Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Dinnr. By creating an account or using the app you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use Dinnr.
i.The service
Dinnr is a recipe management and meal planning application operated by DINNR ("we", "us", "our"). The service allows you to save recipes from web sources, plan meals, manage grocery lists, and more.
ii.Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Dinnr. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
iii.Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at dinnr@derekfidler.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
Each account is for a single user. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent any limitations of the service.
iv.Your content
You retain ownership of all recipes, notes, and other content you create or import into Dinnr ("Your Content"). By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. Recipes extracted from third-party websites remain subject to the copyright of their original authors.
v.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
- Use automated means to access or scrape the service without our prior written consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful material.
vi.Third-party services
Dinnr integrates with third-party services (Supabase for data storage, PostHog for analytics, and Sentry for error monitoring). Your use of Dinnr is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those services. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.
Recipe extraction features retrieve publicly accessible content from third-party websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of extracted recipes and are not responsible for changes to source content after extraction.
vii.Service availability
We aim to keep Dinnr available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.
viii.Intellectual property
All software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property in Dinnr (excluding Your Content) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
ix.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinnr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50 if no payment has been made.
x.Data protection
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using Dinnr you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
xi.Termination
You may stop using Dinnr and delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
xii.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use of Dinnr after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
xiii.Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the EU member state in which you reside, or, where applicable, the courts of Sweden.
